I would leave 1 star however this is where I shop for my wax.
Staff is rude and dismissive, my online orders always seem to be wrong. Either what I ordered isn't there or it's a different price completely
Been flat out lied to my face multiple times about quality of product .
Have found re-labeled wax..
Used to be a nice little spot now I try to rush in and out as quickly as possible.

Small shop with a really cool building history. Apparently it an old house that is known to be haunted. Could be true & might explain the hostility of one employee on the phone with another. His angry voice carried & echoed loudly throughout the entire house. Made the atmosphere not as light & happy-go-lucky one might expect when shopping for cannabis. I know the tense, heavy feel in the air made me so uncomfortable, I bought less than I had intended just to leave quickly. I'll go the distance to shop at the more people-friendly Slow Burn & avoid this shop unless I absolutely have to.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Curbside pickup and online order if necessary. They had a fantastic selection. We will stop by everytime we come to Yakima for sure.

By far my go to place here in Yakima. Great product with great service. Prices are amazing. Though to many people outside claiming to have the inside hook up. Sad people would use such a nice place for their own gain.

I used to be a regular customer here, until the owner started using her shop for political advertising. I don't agree with that at all. I started going to Happy Time & Slow Burn instead. The blonde haired guy doesn't seem to have that much knowledge of products. Seems more like a salesman rather than a knowledgeable budtender.

My husband and I live and breath this place. We come multiple times a week and always leave satisfied. Staff is amazing. Prices are affordable and the experience using online ordering and walking in to look around is amazing.

I’m a medical patient on a road trip trying to get some medicine for my chronic back pain I came with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend we was doing 2 different transactions one of the ladies said I can purchase with my boyfriend but the other lady told my sister she had to leave if she wasn’t making a purchase separate from her boyfriend. We presented a medical prescription and the lady said we can’t take that we need your medical id we said okay continue with the purchase and when We asked for a receipt for my purchase she got mad and told us we had to wait outside for our receipt even though she took my money I just wanted my proof of purchase and she than begin to argue with me and after I left the store continued to talk about me and my medical prescription the worse costumer service ever I should of been asked if I wanted my receipt I shouldn’t have to had to ask for my receipt. Will never shop at that dispensary

Prices are super low compared to the other shops here local ... products are top notch, too! The budtenders can get a little bit snappy and short, but I can't say I blame them as everytime I've gone there it's been packed with customers... from opening til closing non-stop, I'd get a little testy too.

I bought some cbd capsules and they were opened and leaking inside the package, not the stores fault but the manufacturer. We will see how there customer service is when I try get a refund or exchange? First time visit, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Always liked coming here until I started seeing Liz more. I always feel like she is very unprofessional. Today she was talking about one of her employee's for trying to confirm his break when they were busy and sent him home instead. She always ID's me more than more than other customers as well. Will take my business somewhere else.
