Only issue I’ve ever had was having to stand outside to wait and that’s not even worth taking a star away. Online ordering has you WAY ahead of the game, and having budget weed as well as good top shelf makes for a versatile menu which shows you have awareness of your demographic, which can’t be said for a lot of dispensaries around here. Not cycling thru staff Like other dispensaries makes it very comfortable and familiar. I’m adressed by my name almost every time and treated like a friend. The only time I don’t go to Sweet Relief is after 10 PM other than that I’m always there.

My only gripe with this place is there doesn't seem to be anyway for anyone who knows what they want to get in and get out without waiting in a long line and listening to every person in front of you get an education in weed. Some stores have an express line. I highly recommend something like that for this store. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable. Wait time is just much longer than anywhere else.

Love this place! People are very cool and helpful. I'm real picky.lol been smoking over 50 years. They are very patient and always have deals on great bud!!! You will not be disappointed at all.

This Is by far my favorite dispensary in Yakima. They have well priced items along with quick and friendly service. Luis and Kevin are two great budtenders and always have the best suggestions.

Went during this covid to get my friend some medicine, did curbside service. The blonde kid was very nice (and religious), but now I know why. Took my friend her medicine and the container had been opened. He took a gram from a quarter. It was A container that wasn’t sealed on the outside the lid wasn’t taped down like the other ones it was sealed on the inside after you open the lid so you couldn’t tell if it had been opened till after I took it home or if I opened it before I left. (Harmony farms blackberry kush), And if he’s doing it to me he’s going to take any chance he can get to do it anybody else, so check your merchandise.
Happened on 4/16/20 @7:49pm.
I called next day and left a msg for owner to call me (I figured she’d wanna know who were ripping off her clients). No call back. Then called the one in Port Angeles and talked to a nice lady there and told her the situation and that the owner wasnt returning my call I did this on 4/22 @ 3:55pm.
Still no return call and She even emailed her.!
Lesson learned:
Don’t go to Sweet relief..
If you do, don’t let blonde kid who speaks about god help you..

Nice friendly and warm loving people had her staff their boys have good advice keep you up-to-date and if need be can be quick and sufficient tiny shop not much room to browser look around but they get the job done. And have some of the best deals in town.

Advertise crumble and selling unstable dog poo. Does anyone know what they are talking about in this store? Employess just peddling their garbage. Have some integrity when selling your product.

I would also like to know why every other store sells eighths that are actually 3.5? Does the owner have rhetoric about this too? 1.4 is not an eighth. Who ever owns this store has no integrity.

Guy beside me pulled a knife and layed it on the table, the bud tenders instead of either grabbing the knife off the table, or moving back, the simply said politely "sir you can't have that in here" at which time he grabbed the knife and goes outside, hides it (which we were all watching) and then instead of them locking the door, they let him back in after being threatened!! After the incident they said it's ok, there's a lot of crazy people around and that there's a police station across the way, and not to worry. All with a non chalante smile on their faces. They or I could have been killed. This guy was one type of crazy. Also, the room is EXTREMELY dark, I couldn't even read the print on packages. All in all good products but as a customer I didn't and won't feel safe until they start keeping some "help" around, or a separate lobby to filter guys like that out! The bud tenders acted oblivios to the danger, and that scares me. They let him just hang out outside after all of this and he approached me. Overall bad experience. Too bad the bud tenders had to lie about the experience to the manager.. Looks bad to the store overall. This is why I record everything, so people can't come back and say it didn't happen and my reputation isn't ruined. I have had family here for years, not like I'm here for business.

Terrible experience went to return my double Delish cartridge that began to leak on me it was just less than half full i mean barely and the female employee of African American decent began to scream in my face ITS EMPTY! ITS EMPTY!!! I can't return this and came at me in a tone like I had just killed her puppy that is the worst customer service I have ever seen you do not treat a guest in your establishment that way regardless of the situation I will never be returning there way to many pot shops out there to choose from that have friendly helpful people
Thank you for the response I am well aware of return policy of double d it's all I smoke for the most part I am a Spokane local traveling here to work it has nothing to do with quality of product it entirely has to do with unprofessional costumer service I have been refused at my local stores a couple time because the oil level was to low that is not a problem maybe I smoked to much of it maybe it leaked out sitting in my truck all day while I was working the way I was treated and made to feel was absolutely unacceptable if I were you as a business owner I would fire said employee on the spot as to set an example unless you are ok with running off paying customers bringing out of town income to your store I for one will be making sure to bring enough product from Spokane to supply me for the week thankyou
