Interesting... Your store manager said to me in an email "The name posted on this email address...so by default, this review, is not the same as on the order that was placed." That is correct...as THIS is a public forum. What is the same is the physical email address. Every order requires an email address. Surely you have access to both the order receipts and the order email addresses. I don't understand why any of this would require a government name being posted in a public forum if said email is the same email that was used to place the order.
There was no solicitation whatsoever, Sorry for the confusion..( Somebody mentioning product testing IS NOT solicitation and blaming the customer or your "system" IS NOT good customer service )
The issue was that there was not a response to customer correspondence.
You know exactly who this is and what i am talking about. You are pretending you do not because that is more convenient. As if there is not a history section in your company email. Buyer Beware.
