Sky Zone Vapors/Smoke Shop/CBD

I've been to a lot of vape shops around the Huntsville/Madison area and Sky Zone is hands down my favorite. Not only do they have a huge selection with good prices, but the owner and his employees are all extremely nice and very helpful/knowledgable. If you are new to the vape world they will definitely help you in the right direction. I'd recommend Sky Zone to anyone who needs a vape shop though, whether just starting out or a vape vet this place'll have what you're looking for!

I have been shopping in this vape shop for 3 years now. I have shopped other vape shops and will no longer go anywhere else, These gentleman that own and run this store are not rude. could it be that they where busy with other customers and could not cater to you or your phone calls? why call and shop go in to the shop, to shop or ask questions. If by chance they where rude you probably gave them good reason. they are always helpful and friendly. Last I checked they are a business it is there job to sell there items to you. They also set there prices as they need to. who are you to tell them how to price there items, do you tell Walmart how to price?

On 03/26/2019 my kid who is a minor purchased from your store with their debit card. We complained and talked to the owner. We were assured it isn’t normal practice to sell to minors. Maybe not but apparently it is normal to sell to my minor. On 04/12/2019 my minors debit card was charged at this store once again. I am doing everything I can to prevent them from doing anything illegal but I can’t be with them 24 hours a day. I don’t understand how adults can’t run a business with in the rules of the law. Minors if you need a place that will sell to you look no further this is your place!

This has been my fave spot since my first visit but today was above and beyond.
Yrsterday I went in looking for a replacement coil for my pen (it's old and has been discontinued cme to find out) and not only did the owner take time to see if he had any that could work, but he went out of his way and followed up with a phone call the next day telling me he cam3 up with a total of 5 that were at one of his other locations.. thank you

I have only been aware of this shop for roughly a month now I live a 30 minute drive with 6 vape shops between me and skyzone yet due to their great service and general knowledge of the quality items I'm quickly seeing my self as a regular. I go out of my way to do business with them and have been referring all of my friends to here. Do right by them and they will do right by you. Shout out to Z and Eli!!

This place is an absolute JOKE! The ppl working ( I assume the owners) are rude as anyone I have ever talked to. Everything in the store is ridiculously over priced. They do have a decent selection but the way I have been treated ever time I go there or even call is enough to keep me from going back. I will go without what I need to keep from having to go there and I live like 5 minutes away. I DO NOT recommend going here, ever. Another thing I noticed by talking to them and hearing them interact with other customers is that they will tell you whatever you want to hear to try and get you to buy from them right then and there. Almost try and force it on you. I will throw my vaporizer against a wall before I ever go back.

Zee, I asked 2 other vape shops who their distributor was, and they gladly told me. I mentioned the situation with you, and they were shocked you acted like that. Actually, one of them wasnt surprised cause they've heard similar about you in the past. I simply asked for the distributor so i could try and solve my problem cause $109 is a lot for a mod to last 3 weeks. If you could not do anything, i was gonna try, but being rude to me wasnt a good way to handle things. I was never rude to you at all.
I bought an alien smok 220 from zee. It completely stopped working after 3 weeks. It was never dropped or left in the heat. I came in to talk to zee and he said to leave with him and he would call distributor. A week later I came in and asked about it. Zee told me that it would take a while because his distributor is in Houston (this is right after the hurricane). So 2 weeks later i approached Zee after i got back from Florida( I do environmental work and helped with hurricane issues there). Zee said hes having trouble getting them to mail the box and paperwork. All this time I have been very nice and understanding. I simply ask him if he could give me a contact number for his distributor so I could try also( i mentioned I would be going to Houston anyway to help with hurricane there also). in a very nice way.. Zee proceeds to get short and rude, and refuses to give me any information. That really surprised me cause he had always been somewhat nice. This store will NOT take care of you! I would NOT shop there or buy anything ever again. And advise everyone else to go a quarter mile down the road to the other vape shop..

Employee was not trained very well at all and was left without a manager or supervisor. Didn't know anything about the batteries I needed, couldn't find any of the juices I wanted to test/was just overall unknowing of his own work place, and last but not least and the most egregious mistake. Once I finally got some of my own testers; I asked for a new mouth tip. He pointed towards the bucket next to them (which I of course saw -_- ) and I told him there were no uncontaminated ones in it and he walked over looked at the open mouth pieces with their wrappers btw next to them and said "no those aren't used." I picked one up and showed him the literal spit in it.
At that point I walked out.

Best place I've ever been to purchase vape and cbd products. Mod prices tend to be just a little high but they never try to haggle you or talk you into purchasing something out of your price range or anything unnecessary. Very fair, honest people and the shop is very comfortable to be in and around. Great selection of juices and cbd products. I always recommend.

One of the best vape shops in North Alabama, that is because it is one of the only ones.
Don't get me wrong, there is not much to complain about. Just, most of the competitors either suck more or are much better. Putting skyzone somewhere in the middle.

Note: I know that they aren't just a vape shop.

Pros:
The staff know enough to educate small minded and new vapers
The selection of the mods, juices, and accessories is decent.
They will build your coils for you if you purchase your wire there.
The staff remembers you if you come more than once or twice and they know "exactly" what you need, even if you don't. And quite often will offer you better prices if you are a regular.
The store is in a convenient location relative to the road that it is on, see below for my complaints on the location.

Cons:
The staff can be easily outsmarted when it comes to more advanced vape mods and the true difference between a clone and an actual mod.
I have a hard time trying to communicate with who I believe is the owner. I don't believe English is his first language. Either that, or I just speak too fast.
Most of the selection is over priced, but for vape shops that is very common. I'd say they are in the 40th percentile when it comes to over-pricing.
They quickly recommend the cheaper mods to new users, knowing that they are just overpowered e-cigs and not vapes.
The flavor selection could be better. They only really keep the flavors that are really known.
The shop isn't primarily a vape shop. They sell tobacco products, marijuana paraphernalia (they call it tobacco tools, but it is obviously not).
Isn't in an optimal location. They only have 3-5 parking spaces at any given time, and the turn into the parking space is kind of hard to get to.

Conclusion: I believe that they are good enough of a store to stay open, but they aren't anything too special. They are in a conveniently close area to most people where I live and are pretty much the only option for about 20 miles in any given direction from the stores location. Although, I believe that they would do better as a vape only location, I do find it convenient that they also sell flavored tobacco for hookah's and light-able coals.
