Z the guy that runs this place is amazing! Ive spent the last few days tryn to find the perfect gift for someone and every other store i when to the people seemed upset i didnt already know about everything but not Z he was extremely helpful finding the right gift and so understanding that i wasnt quite sure what to get, I spent an over an hour tryn to make up my mind because I'm just that way and he was helpful and informative but not pushy I would recommend this store 1st to anyone who asked best store I have been to in a long time and by far the best customer service I've had in a long time!

I've been to vape shops all over N. Alabama and even a few in other states, but I usually had a list or my now ex husband with me. I always felt so stupid in vape shops. Not today. Today, Anthony empowered me with the in and outs of a brand new set up. Extremely down to earth, while maintaining a level of true professionalism. Sky Zone is my new permanent Vape home. I can't sing their praises enough. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for all your help, Anthony.

They always have a wonderful selection!! Not the owner, but the other guy that works there (that was actually there this evening) is awesome! He doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions and never makes you feel rushed! Their prices are a little higher than other places but some times it's worth paying a little more for the convenience and the great customer service!!

I received terrible service. There incompetence cost me an extra $50 bucks and effected my relationship, due to it being a valentines present. It was the owner that made the mistake so you would think he knows what he is doing, thanks a lot bud! Also I should state that he knew what he was doing and did nothing to make it right.

i worked at skyzone for almost a month, and quitting was the best thing for me, after i quit i never received my final paycheck for almost 40 hours of work (which i have documented), very rude owner, he completely took advantage of me on multiple occasions. Went MIA for multiple shifts, no breaks (no matter the shift length), and also tried to short my one and only check almost 14 hours and then got defensive when i showed verification of my hours.

Sky Zone is the only shop I go to since it opened. The fact Z educates the new beginner while helping them make an informed decision on such things from a small purchase of a couple flavors or a whole new unit is pretty cool. He is also able to help the more experienced get something for their interest as well.
Z never seems like he is trying to rush you out the door because you're only buying just one flavor and not dropping your paycheck on a whole new vaporizer. I will agree it can be frustrating when it's a longer wait to get a couple of things. But that is because he is just one person. He takes his time to help the new beginner or the person that thinks they know everything and all things about vaping... When you have one person trying to truly help people those conversations are going to take a little time.
*Prime example*: When I had an issue with my very first Vape I bought from him Z no bullshit tried to figure out a way for realistically 15+ minutes so I didn't have to buy an all new rig. I had dropped it so many times the tank wouldn't screw onto the base anymore because the threads were so messed up and cross threaded from being banged around.
So you have an experience like that... Why in the hell would I spend my money elsewhere? Those type of things are what makes Z's place more personable so you feel good spending your money there instead of at just another "VapesAreUsBro" type store...
I know everyone has their own experiences. But my time spent there 3+/_ times a week at Sky Zone have been awesome time after time! And if nothing else... They have a value card and if you keep up with it you get the tenth e-liquid free.

Skyzone Smoke Shop is the best place in North Alabama to buy E-cigarettes. The owners, are not just salespeople, they are true friends, who are very pleasant and fun to be around. I have tried other smoke shops in Huntsville, and have not found any to be as knowledgeable and informative as Skyzone. They do not just sell their products, they also take the time to show you how to use and care for your purchase. I give them a five star rating.
