A huge selection and very kind staff. I was there to buy Kratom, and what a choice they have. So glad Anthem Smoke is here to stay.

Been waiting for the store to open no one is here. Not to mention I can see the worker sitting in his car he has been here since 845 and is still inside his car, 12 minutes past open time!! Also I have bought 3 coils from here in the past week all defective I come in asking for a replacement and he says nothing is wrong with it and pushes me out the door...cheap product and poor customer service

I usually stop at this store anytime I come to town and I’ve never been impressed, but now I’ve had an actual negative experience. Don’t buy the bang disposable vapes from here. Just spent $21 for 3 hits of a vape, because once you leave the store with the product you cannot return or exchange. I understand that policy for regular vape mods, but not disposables. If they are defective after 3 hits then you should be able to get a new one & the store should let their supplier know, not tell you to call the manufacturer. Won’t be buying from here again

Make sure you test the products before you leave the store. The customer is not ever right here especially if female.
Was just in 11:45am on Tuesday April 6 to return a vape I Bought for $19 on Saturday on my way up to go camping. Took one puff, adjusted airflow and it leaked everywhere.
Brought it in just now explained the situation. Another customer, who was male walks in and the guy working says one second to me and proceeds to help the guy who walked in. I say, “wait a second I was here first.” He points to the small sign over the register that says no returns but you can test product before you leave. He said as a courtesy to me, he’d sell me the same vape for $7.
So ya know read the million little signs they have handwritten around the store. But I personally will never go there again. Considering I’ve bought something like 7 vapes there 15-20$ each in the last month and a half, the $5 he would’ve lost just giving me a new product is not worth the cost of losing my business and the cost of this review.
Might want to consider changing your policy.
