Great Service, smart employees that can educate you on every product. They recognize the regulars, and do fantastic at giving honest advice on products and juices. Only vape shop in town worth going to.

I've been shopping here for years. I love the friendly atmosphere! They always have what I need. I recently bought a new mod and the guy that helped me gave me the wrong ejuice. I came in today and Mikea hooked it up with the right ejuice. He was super helpful and friendly. I liked his high energy he had. I highly recommend this shop.

I come here for my vape juice. They always have it in stock. The juice is double the price of my regular vape shop but they are closer to my home so sometimes it's more convenient. They do not carry my coils.

By far the best service and product selection you'll find in northern Arizona. I've been around the entire state, tried countless vape stores but I've never felt the need to write a review till now. Hands down best around in my opinion. Dane's awesome and knowledgeable.

The customer service was good at first. When I asked to order accessories for my product they said they would but never came and the manager acted like nothing happened. It was demoralizing I used to think good things about this location and there's no refunds and they're store credit is sketchy when ur exchanging for a different item but prices are cheap for juice all I can say that's good about the location

Since they changed their name and decided to let go of some of the former staff I am happy to go in either location and shop again. Decent juice line decent mods and tanks. Several of the newer mods and tanks they dont have but I still frequent them because they are by far the best vape shop in Flagstaff. Not going to find much of you are big into RDA's and Rta's like I am but for the everyday vape connoisseur they'll have everything you need.

I have gone to many vape shops but somehow I always end up going to either one of the stores. I say this because the employees are super friendly and funny and so I like to stick around and have them recommended me products that I eventually end up buying. The other day at this location there was a girl there working which I assume was new since I have never seen her there but she was super fun to talk to and made my experience so much fun being there I believe her name was Kaylee with the energy that everyone gives off. This place will not rip you off like Vapor Vortex or the other terrible places.
