Not satisfied with my visit...they waved a veterans discount in my fa e then told me they couldn't give it to me with the carts I bought then they sold me the wrong size cart and said they couldn't put the discount on these 2 half grams when one 1 gram would have cost less very snakey place will not be returning...

I was a big fan of HMH but my last experience was so awful. I went in to buy infusion edibles that were priced at $22 and I had only $20 in cash. I asked if they accepted debit and the guy told me they did. I asked if there was extra fees to use your card and he said no. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to charge me $25 on my card and give me $3 back in cash, which I thought was fine. I ended up being charged and extra $2.95 for the transaction and another 2.50 for using another "ATM." I did not realize that I would have to pay all these extra fees. I believe the employee should have been adequate enough to inform me on the first fee, at the very least.

Never got inside. Waited outside in the cold 🥶 for 15 minutes. Went in to ask how much longer i had to wait. I was told i had 6 people still in front of me. They cant make senior citizens wait outside in below freezing temperatures.

This dispensary is by far my favorite! The Staff here is incredibly helpful and extremely kind. I have had like 1000 questions for them and they answer all of them throughly and with kindness.
