I'm terrible at remembering names, but I'm sure you'll know who you are when you read this. You went above and beyond, a true example of upstanding citizen. Today was one of the roughest days and you helped turn it around and had I not been baked, I'd have bawled hard-core, straight up ugly cried.
The White Peach and Raspberry is perfect, I can see why it was the last bottle and my 2 month old coil has been changed. :] thank you for being an excellent example of "where's the love."
And to the managers, if you find out who this employee is, please do something amazing for them because they deserve it. They are new and have a very upbeat personality.

Bought a mod from here a couple years ago. I was so pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff I went back. And again I was not disappointed. Zach was great, taking Time to fully explain the new mod batteries coils ect. As a customer I can appreciate the great service, and will definitely be back.

At Red Star Vapor the team is super friendly and are always looking to make someoneβs day which deserves 4 stars. Not a huge fan of the selection of juices, but come here for all my coils and other accessories. Keep up the great work!

There are have been few times in my life where customer service is taken to another level. My experience with Zach is one of them. He was so kind, patient, and more than willing to spend the time it took to make sure I was completely satisfied. He made me feel like I was appreciated. Despite showing up late in the evening, I never felt rushed. It was obvious that my satisfaction was his top priority. He took the time to show me alternatives to what I was using in case I ever decided to purchase another brand as I was having some intermittent issues with the brand I am currently using.
