Like the customer service and oz options but unfortunately my oz I picked up tonight the seal had been broken and I found stems in the bag. Seemed like someone had gotten into my oz and pinched. I buy ozs on the weekly and this is the first time the seal was briloken and I found large stems. Kind of a drag I hope they check the seal on the top of the ozs after seeing this review. I spend thousands at hfl

Just like many customers in this list, I have had a fine experience with this location over the last 1 and 1/2 years till recently, my father went in and ordered there black label 5 for 85 grams, total WITH BOTH SENIOR DISCOUNT AND 5 FOR 85, came to about 95$, goes in next week, orders same thing, all the sudden your cashier can't ring up the same, and the price is now 106$. Not the first time, very unprofessional

This is one of my favorite places but Today I was asked if I wanted my change, I said no go ahead keep the change because it made me feel cheap in a way front of others so I said yes because I was embarrassed lol.

Today They tipped them selves around .70 Usally tip 2 dollar in the jar but if you have to ask for tips are you not getting enough or are are you realizing you're getting more tips this way?...🤷🏻♂️
