Giving this place 5 stars because it was very clean, my OCD senses felt great, every box looking like a show box, and the employee was so sweet! BUT! BUT! Their selection is EXTREMELY MINIMAL! I've never seen so few options ever in a vape shop before. Although, I guess maybe it's to be expected for this tiny town. I'm just glad the sweetheart at the counter was super nice and amazing, despite my million questions I had.

I went in today to buy some more mesh coils and vape juice, Cassie did not have my usual brand of coils but was sure the one's she had would work. But unfortunately after getting home it turns out they wouldn't work with my Orion Q. So I had to drive back to the shop & sadly Cassie couldn't take the coils back that I just spent a lot of money on. Even though they were still in the package and unopened ( I bought 4 only opened 1). I thought I was going to be out $75 but Cassie was unbelievably kind & gave me a different unit to make up for the mix up. She was so apologetic going above and beyond to keep me a happy and loyal customer! Such a great place with great customer service!

VAPE Payson is by far one of the best experiences I've had in a vape shop in a long time. Their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I walked into their shop during their opening weekend with a problem I had with a vape I already had, and not only did they take the time out of their busy rush to fix it, they gave me an awesome deal on product! If I could give Ray and Blake more stars I would. They're amazing. Will visit again.
