David and Savannah were unbelievable helpful and kind! I was just absolutely blown away by their customer service. The shop was incredibly clean and smelled great. I'm so glad I found this place! Keep doing what you're doing, guys!

Best place ever. My sister and I flew into Phoenix. We went to the Grand Canyon for the day. We stayed the night in Prescott. A nice gentleman and his lady partner that worked at the store were beyond nice and professional. The store has an amazing variety of flavors and what not. Not to mention they are both cuties! The beautiful young lady that waited on on us gave us a tip to go to Copper Basin. My sister and I went for a sunrise drive and I can not express my gratitude! ❤️🌄 I think this journey changed both of our lives. The customer service was beyond awesome! The drive was AMAZING! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Red Star Vapor & CBD is wonderfully original. They stand out to me as a local business I want to support. Here is why.

The associate today was thoroughly trained on all the products and also excited to give me recommendations from what he has enjoyed himself.

He was efficient with my time, yet he gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions.

The prices are stellar at Red Star, so be prepared to take home extra juices to try more flavors. This place actually has a laminated catalog of their house juices and better prices than I was finding elsewhere online and in my last vape shop.

I appreciated that they were adequately staffed so that I didn't have to wait. Had I waited, it would be nice to have a TV screen with some cloud tricks or a slideshow of their house product line to watch.

Been going to this shop for a little bit now and have had only positive experiences. The customer service is amazing, the juice is really good, and they have great prices on hardware. David and Jacob have a lot of knowledge on all of their products. Definitely recommend stopping and seeing what they got.

Both Jake and David are amazing when it comes to customer service! They have a lot of patience when it comes to certain situations I’ve been coming here 6 months and have had no problems at all. I absolutely love it the juice is also amazing, they have a variety of house flavors as well as premium juice which they just got more definitely suggest visiting the shop !

Coming fresh out of California, I can honestly say I have NEVER had someone as helpful and as knowledgeable as David.
He listened to exactly what we needed, made sure to break down the various ways of being able to get that, AND really took his time to make sure we left with something that worked for us budget-wise, quality-wise and was actually useful to me personally instead of just trying to sell the most expensive option.
I learned a lot, feel so much better and now have confidence in something working for me.
