I have been coming to this shop for years now… each and every employee and management has always made me feel like I was not only a friend but amazing customer service!! Before I walk through the door Austin will have what I always get ready at the register for me… he is kind and punctual always. I highly ( pun intended) recommend this shop over any… I drive miles away just to come to this shop because of the customer care ❤️

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE.. purchased this and it's defective, Never used it just put water in the base and it started to leak, called the shop and they won't exchange it. Not asking for a refund just an exchange for one that works.... terrible customer service, only reason I gave a 1 star is because I HAD to in order to post a review!! This is the BEST smoke shop. I will literally drive all the way out from Litchfield just to go here. The management team is fantastic and goes above and beyond for customers. They always have stuff in stock that is usually lacking from other smoke shops. I appreciate the attention to detail they show here and that they take the extra steps to help out clients. Been coming here for about 2 years now and it’s easily the best smoke shop in Scottsdale. They really mean it when they say cheapest prices. All your favorite products with affordable prices unlike some shops in town that charge almost $60 for the same thing you can get for $28 at Hi Life 2. All the quality you’re looking for is there too. Extremely professional shop and employees. Ali is the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable smoke shop employee I’ve met. Was in today to get some nic juice and an air plus and Ali treated me like we’ve been friends for years. That dude for real deserves all the praise. Seriously keep up the good work guys. #BestSmokeShopInTown
