This is the best place to go! Red Star on Kolb has the best customer service, especially Marcos. He is very helpful and knowledgeable of the products he sells. A great asset to the friendly group working there! I have been begging him to come work for my company

Went in, didn’t really have anything in mind to buy, just looking. The young lady with glasses had a great attitude. Treated me with the same enthusiasm even when it appeared I wasn’t going to make a purchase. Much appreciated. Other than the great customer service, the store appears to have a wide range of juice and accessories. Stop in if you vape.

Awesome customer service here!! Friendly atmosphere. I went in looking for a new flavor, Marcos recommended the Hyde pina colada, loved it. Went back in a second time about a month later, Marcos helped me a second time and he remembered what my favorite flavor was and recommended a mango flavor that was bomb.com. I was impressed he remembered that little detail. He’s a great asset to this place. 10/10

I just want to start off by saying that this store is the absolute BEST vape shop that I have ever been to. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would because they deserve way more. The staff is always friendly and greets you every time you walk in and actually care about what you have to say when they ask. 10/10 recommend and this should be your ONLY vape shop that you go to while you are in Tucson! Red star is hands-down my favorite place to get juice and vape equipment there are knowledge is extremely extensive, they are honest with the buyer opposed to just trying to get a sale I’ve been to many other Vape shops around Tucson I had a few questions and honestly the other Vape shops gave me bad advice that could’ve hurt me I went to red star and they cleared up any questions that I had as well as protected my health And offered me great product you should definitely check this place out Marisa help me today and she was awesome but every single employee there is hands-down awesome
