I've never had a bad experience with any of these folks... they are all knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to, and .. well .. fun. We had Josh's help today, and he worked with me all the way through discount, phone order with questions, and ETA.. he even made an extra call to narrow down the ETA. A pleasure to shop Wheelhouse!
Now I've shopped here for many moons, and love the staff even more... never have a hitch that hasn't been sorted out with patience and grace. I'm so glad to count on Wheelhouse

From the moment I walked up to door: security office super friendly, front desk gal super sweet and Heather, well, so super friendly, sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! What a great experience. I tell all my patients, friends, and coworkers to come see you guys. I stole a customer from safeport today and she now wants be coming to wheelhouse!😃

This is probably the best delivery in VC. Atleast in my experience. They have top shelf flower, with weekly deals as not to break the bank. Their rewards program is also extremely helpful as far as cost effectiveness, and the overall compassion and love for what the staff does puts this place towards the top of my list. Even if mistakes are made, they are willing to make it right and then some.. Things will seem pricey.. but with the market the way it is, and all the discounts I mentioned before, you should land at the perfect spot as far as fair cost Vs. overpriced. In the end I recommend this place for sure if you are in the area.
As of now.... Their flower is unbeatable in the area. Ted's, CBX, Alien/Connected, Maven, 710 Labs, etc. Etc. Etc. I swear I missing some probably Ball Family, Clade 9, Northern Emeralds.... Need I say more at this point?!?! I mean c'mon. It's the stuff you see in magazines. You will not be disappointed.
Anyway, their staff is exceptional as well. Omar and Chris tend to be the two I speak to most and they kill it every time for me.

Today was our first time here. This was recommended by family members. My husband has a lot of medical issues and is in Severe pain. The person that attended to us was very knowledgeable attentive and wasn’t pushing. I was very pleased with our service. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name to give her credit that she well deserves. To describe her, her makeup was very unique. Everyone was very nice starting with the security sitting outside that greeted us to the front desk. Best of all they take debit card with a service charge of $3 they also offer a lot of discounts on Certain days and they’re open from 8 to 9 Monday through Friday which is really good and they have good deals between 8 and 10 AM for early birds not bad I will be going back again thank you
