Very disappointed in the service I received, or should I say didn't receive. Turned me away before they closed even though I placed an order ahead of time because they wanted to go home early. Walked over to HPC and they were happy to take me as a walk in even though it was almost their closing time as well. Miranda is the one who turned me away. I was able to get the same order I placed for $20 cheaper to boot. I will never be going back here.

Have been coming here for a while and it's been great every time, originally came due to the great reviews. Everything is online right now due to covid but ordering and picking up are still a breeze.
When it's open you can pass the time on the many games and popcorn machine while you're let in which makes the wait fun.
Good selection and every 1st and 15th of the month they have 30 percent off for customer appreciation which is nice.

Put in an online order at 11am. At 6pm I finally call because my order STILL isn't listed as ready. They say it's been ready and to come pick it up. I've now been standing in line for 40 minutes while surrounded by "skip the line, order online" displays.
