I went to Wheelhouse looking for some sort of cream or something for chronic arthritic knee pain. Miranda was great!!! She patiently answered all of my questions and made several great recommendations. She explained the differences in all the product she recommended. She also told me about the various discounts they offer during different days of the week and/or month. I definitely will be back! Thanks Miranda!!!

I can't say enough good things of this retailer, the service level is superb and ​high end products that you can't find anywhere else they go Above and beyond expectations. If you want quality and unique products, here is the place to shop, they are a very beautique store with product you can't find anywhere else and they strive To give the best service possible. They have a locker system for pick up orders That I dig and it's so cool cause you can get in-and-out of this establishment theres nothing that I've seen anywhere else in the industry As it can be very very busy the 1st and the 15th with 30% off, they give so much back to the community their customers.

First time here. Walked in. No wait. Every person was extremely helpful. Needed some drops. They explained directions in depth. The only complaint is they are unable to take Chime cards or Bank of America cards. Had to go to ATM . I will bring cash next time felt very safe

It saddens me to write this post. I have used wheelhouse since the very beginning when they first opened. I found them at a beach festival and immediately gave them my business. I’ve ordered consistently every two weeks for months on end. They are supposed to have a rewards program where you earn loyalty points to get discounts on future orders I have put in three IT tickets at this point and none of my locality points have been added to my account in probably a year. I have spoken to a manager, nothing happens. Most recently I placed an order for delivery. The delivery driver called me and confirmed my order would be at my house between 4 and 6 PM. Approximately 8 PM I called wheelhouse to find out where my delivery was and they said it would be delivered the next day which already made me angry. They said they would have a supervisor call me. The supervisor called we discussed the issue and how the delivery was supposed to be made between 4 and 6 PM and basically he was very apologetic and said it would be here early the next day around 11 AM and that he would throw an extra free cartridge in my bag for all the trouble. He asked if I preferred sativa or Indica to which I answered sativa. My order just came at 1 PM the day After it was supposed to arrive. Also no free cartridge was in my bag. You have lost a customer! I have also sent many referrals your way I just cannot believe the lack of customer service.

Great help from the people who work at the Wheelhouse and the delivery drivers are a great help too & polite . I thank all of you's !!

Very friendly service from the entrance to when you leave. Great variety and greater prices. Always have good deals. 100% recommend to all

If you’re in need it’s a great place. The issue is incredibly long waits on a regular basis. Even if you order online you’re still gonna stand in line for up to half an hour. They seem to be making enough money that they can hire another person to help out yet they always seem understaffed. Honestly a person who just helps online orders/curbside would increase efficiency dramatically.
