REVIEW FROM WEEKS AGO:For some reason this just posted: I am very disabled and I hurt 24/7. I wanted to try ordering ahead & just go to my locker so as to keep my pain level down. But I didn’t read the directions. So when I got to Wheelhouse I had no idea what to do. The woman walked me through it. She was so nice - patient & understanding. Though my locker was #1 ( way high up there). I couldn’t reach that high up. She again helped me. I felt happy when I left. She was in no way condescending. No, she was professional and very caring. Thanks!
REVIEW FOR 1/23: Today I could not manage picking up my order & I’d already placed the order. I was flustered as to what to do but not their team. They were awesome -so personable & professional. They made the necessary adjustments. If that wasn’t enough, the woman who delivered it was also very personable!!! Thank you again Wheelhouse personnel. You are the best!

Wheelhouse has always been my go to for cannabis shops in vta county. I’ve been to many others, and they’re great as well, but wheelhouse ALWAYS has great deals and daily deals at that!! All the employees make you feel like you’ve known them all forever, incredibly welcoming and helpful!! So super stoked to see the expansion of wheelhouse during these crazy times but they’ve earned a top spot for dispensaries in vta county!! You can do online orders with locker pickup for fast easy service if you’re in a hurry!! Definitely recommend!! Love all the employees but gotta give a shout out to Sammie!! She delivered an order for me and was so very sweet. Great communication and timing!!

Nice atmosphere and a good selection but for pickup orders you still have to wait in line and in the lobby until your name is called. I even called ahead asking if the order will be ready by the time I would get there which they said yes it’s usually ready within 5 - 10 minutes upon placing the order.
Anyways not a big deal but if your in somewhat of a hurry to get home, so you do an order for pickup to avoid the line, and then still end up waiting in line, it’s not fun.
