Went back after being disappointed from a few years back.. I called and asked what specials there were, I was told it was buy 4 grams of concentrate and I get a penny joint. Sweet! I was told by the cashier when I got there that this is only a special deal and not something advertised. Wait what? Lol.. anyway they honored it I was happy with the strains but to be honest it's the same ones they have had for years. If I hadn't been away for so long I'd be upset by the selection. I used to only go here when things went rec. Now I basically never go. I didn't want to leave a 1 star review because I know how bad that can affect the rating and these guys aren't trash. Just definitely needs some improvement.

In my opinion this is the best establishment I have had the pleasure of being in. The employees/staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and have always received me with a smile on their face. The best costumer service of any dispensary I've been in was given to me by a brilliant lady called Karen, she knew in depth information about specific strains, their effects on the body, the mind, and even aspects like the flavor, thc content, type, and origin of strain. Not only are the budtenders amazing but their facility is very inviting and in a great location.

if I could give less than 1 * I would. I Went in to check out and see if I want to join as a member and the tall skinny rail guy was very snotty and rude, doesn't seem like he wants new members for this store and their prices are entirely too high.

Nothing corporate about this chain, they just charge higher prices for higher quality strands they are low on at a particular store. If you just ask, you can find great specials and sales on quality strands and especially if you are a local you can get very good deals. Great customer service and friendly staff willing to spend the time to make sure you are getting what you want. They even gave me a free 1g pre-roll when I went in on my birthday. Especially if it is your first time or you have limited knowledge the staff will take the time to walk you through and make suggestions without any awkwardness. Would recommend this shop above all in Eagle County.

Check in process was straight forward... the woman checking us in was over all pleasant and helpful. That changed walking in the second set of doors. The guy who welcomed us behind the counter wasnt very helpful when it came to asking questions. Yes, we are tourists but I was looking for someone helpful so I could find something that would be best for an autoimmune disorder. We will be visiting another place that has better customer service.

Ive been a customer medically for native roots for close to 3 years now and with good reason! Great selection of potent edibles and smokeables. Great staff as well, karen knows her stuff and is always friendly!!! Always leave with a smile on my face 10 out of 10 would recommend

My Aunt Julie visited your shop while visiting Vail. She was highly impressed with the knowledge of the staff. They were very helpful in the product selection, which had a great a variety. Love the lilfesaver! Going back again before she leaves.

This place is amazing! Yes, you might have to wait in line, but it's worth the wait because the service and the product is always on point. I've lived in the Vail Valley for many years now and will always recommend this place over the other dispensaries. Even if you don't enjoy smoking weed, they will guide you through their other selections for you to enjoy marijuana in another fashion. Also, their retail is great quality and it actually is stylish. Nice work!
