Very disappointed.
Came here because I am familiar with Native Roots in Denver and was super excited to have them on our trip in Vail. Immediately when we walked in the bud tender Jared B (got from receipt) was rude and seemed annoyed because we were a group of 6. He barely gave us any information on the product or any recommendations-it seemed like we were annoying him for trying to buy the best product? Weird because I would think you would want to do that. Over all just really bad experience- we went to about 5 other dispensary’s that were home grown and all of them out ranked this franchise! Disappointed in native roots you need people who want to sell and educate your customers.

Worst medical purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Bud tender and manager would not look up or verify my patient info and refused my medical ppwk based on my physician having a printer that was unable to print the necessary/required watermark. Never had this happen at any med place. Was very unprofessional. I will never go to a Native Roots again.

Love this place and everything they sell. Flower is good quality and grinds in a grinder perfect for bowls and bongs. When I finger grind it's always super sticky and exactly how I want for my blunts. Every time I go in it's always smiling faces and knowledgeable staff who always have new recommendations for me. Sharzi in particular has always seemed to pick out the best strains to match what I was looking for.

Passing through, from Cali. Went just fine, quick & easy. But I really wanted a couple hats that were on display to give to my sons as a souvenir. They didn't have them in stock. Boo. They said I could order online, but prolly won't.

I recommend Herbal Elements or Treeline. I purchased an expired edible from Native Roots. The manager told me over the phone specifically that if I brought in the original packaging and receipt then she would give me an exchange for one penny. When I drove back to the store she remembered me from the phone call, yet changed her position saying that I had to buy another item at full price to then get the penny exchange... I got scammed good... the edible didn't even give me a buzz. Thanks for nothing Native Roots
