Excellent vape shop! If you're looking to quit smoking this is a great first stop. Doesn't have an enormous inventory of devices and e-juice, but it has something for everybody, and the products they do carry are top notch quality. You can't go wrong here.

Great atmosphere and super helpful staff! Laney and John were very knowledgeable and the selection was good! Very friendly.

During this Covid process, they went way outside the box and had scheduled deliveries 3 times a day, for only 3$ a delivery. This was an excellent idea and has made me switch to their store permanently!! Great CS!

New leaf was my savior. I was a once upon a time smoker. I received a vaporizer as a gift from a friend who bought it from New Leaf. Since it is completely different then a cigarette it took a little time to adjust. Every question I had was answered as well as problems solved. Extremely friendly as well as willing to help me through phone calls and visits to the physical location. After all of the help and knowledge I now feel like a PRO! I've been to several vape shops but this one tops them all. They know exactly what their goal is.... to help others quit smoking. Almost every employee I met was once a smoker making me feel comfortable and being there as an extra support for me and my friends. Although this is their goal they carry products for every kind of vapor... Cloud chasers: they've got it... Quiters: they've got it... Anything in-between: they've got it. I got in to the cloud chasing shortly after quiting. As much as it is nice to have someone else build a coil for me, I love the fact they teach you. Being thought how to build helps for future references when you may not be near a New Leaf or any shop that builds for you making it easy for any user to say I GOT THIS JUST WATCH ME! Thank you for the amazing experience I wouldn't recommend any other company.... Excuse me this isn't your average business I wouldnt recommend any other help then the products and staff provided at New Leaf Vapor Co.

I recently visited this vapor store while visiting family in Gainesville over the weekend. THEY WERE AWESOME. I had been driving all over Florida Saturday and I exhausted. They had to give me directions twice to the store as I was a very tired and a bit frazzled. Awesome costumer service and they were so friendly. This is the only place I would ever go for vapor needs in Gainesville!

Going to New Leaf is always an amazing experience! I've been a regular for a few years and the employees are always such a great help, John especially :)

The two gentleman working were very professional. They were very patient with me when making my decision. New leaf vapor is a little expensive but the friendly and clean atmosphere made it worth it. I will be a returning custome . Thank you!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and atmosphere. Also, the products they sell are the best I've found after going to several stores before. It's also wheelchair accessible.

I am so new to this and wanted to try to quit dipping...when I walked into New Leaf I felt completely relaxed and was given A+ customer service!! Have already been back again to purchase more e-juices and upgrade my tank!! Will def continue to return!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly never really try and get me to spend more then what I had planned on coming in with up selling with i found really relaxing and end result I spent a lot more lol. Five stars guys

Oh and they have the best tasting juices.
