My husband and I had gone to 5 different smoke and vape shops. We went into the New Leaf Co. On Archer rd because we were dissapointed in the shop 3 doors down we had just tried asking questions at and honestly I hadn't even seen the new leaf, it was small and not flashy. We went in and met John. John is awesome. I am new to vaping. I was smoking 3 packs of ciggs a day and I needed a change. I started on puff bars but those are getting too expensive to maintain and i wanted a refillable but i wasnt sure what type I wanted. My biggest concern was spending a bunch of money on a device and not liking it or not knowing what flavors of juice to get. John was able to answer every question I had, let me test the device i was interested in to make sure I liked how the hit was AND i was able to try a few flavors before buying so I knew I was buying one i liked. Every concern i had on starting to vape with and quit smoking he helped me with. He even showed me how to prime and load the pod and everything. This company is awesome and we will absolutely recommend to friends and anyone who will listen. Thank you John for your help today ✌

This is an update 😄 Tonight I came in and boy did I have no clue what I was doing. Well Austin and Candy came to the rescue!!!! I was there for about 2 hours. They handled everything patiently. I just couldn't get on board with flavors, I had to keep trying new juices, amongst a lot of other things. They had only answers and solutions! Awesome experience every SINGLE time I come in. The concept of this company is wonderful.....Thank you New Leaf & Staff

Malcolm Devers is awesome. He took special time and care to help my mom with her tank. The coil was flooded and she had tried adjusting the airflow, etc. He took time to research and explain to her that she did not have adjustable airflow, but that it was an internal airflow system. Very nice guy and great customer service.

Just went back to New Leaf for the first time in a bit with a friend who needed some supplies. All new faces, but very friendly people. In particular, Dylan, who has apparently only been there for 2 weeks, has the appearance and knowledge of someone that has been there for years. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a great attitude and confidence about his employer. Dylan made New Leaf a comfortable place for me to visit again.
