Came from Sarasota to check out the shop, and I was blown away. Not only is the selection of truly astonishing pieces a huge factor, so is the customer service. I was greeted with an awesome personality from Marcus. He taught/showed me more than I could’ve ever asked for. Will definitely be back down there to check it out. Even the owner messaging me afterwards on Instagram with such a nice authentic passion for the same thing... Heady glass! Thanks again Casa De Cristal, you have blown me away. 10/10

These people will tell you one thing to get you in the store. I personally have been to grand opening of this place and I remembered a customer friendly vibe which has changed to your average company style store. Instead of focusing on their customers they would rather bicker with them and insult them. Thank God I didn't spend my money with them again. Next time instead of bickering with your clients on social media, try to amend them.
