Excellent customer service and products all the time

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE 'FLUENT'! I had the great pleasure of being attended by two wholeheartedly wonderful people, Ashley and Erica. They make you feel welcome and can even strike up interesting conversation while you wait! Ashley taught me so much about the product and even went beyond that to teach me about the science behind it all. Not only do they have great staff and product but you leave there SMARTER! Thats just good business! They both gave me genuine recommendations on what product would fit my lifestyle best and you can tell they are being honest; in a world of sales just for the sake of sales it is very refreshing to go somewhere and know that you'll be treated like family, with honesty and respect. Thank you again, I will definitely be coming back soon!

The quality of their products is superb. Their customers service amazing. The store was very clean and refreshing. And they offer crazy discounts. Today was my first time there and I already know that is the place I'd go from now on.

Recently moved from out of state, and have been to several dispensaries looking for my home one. The search has now ceased, as this is the only place I will be going from now on. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Erika, a rare genuine spirit. She took her time, made sure I was throughly cared for, answered all questions and made me feel valued, not as a customer, but as a person. There was another gentleman working, and I could tell his service would have been the same. I am somewhat of a cannabis connoisseur, and I can also tell you the product is superb👌🏽 this Kendall location is where it's at! Look no further.

I been client of Fluent for approximately 2 years ago but I usually have to go to the one near Perrine first inconvenient to far then finally after a year of waiting they finally open Kendall store. Very convenient very near from my house plus the Customer service here is beyond and over mostly for two amazing ladies that worked there call Ivonne and Erika. They are always smiling and very friendly. Plus they make great suggestion about products. And try to look discounts for you to save money. All that plus that the product is EXCELLENT make me come back always and I recommended highly to everybody .

I went with my husband to this store for the first time without any knowledge about what was prescribed by his doctor. Erika explained everything to us and helped us understand how the different products work.
She was very helpful. Definitely we will visit this store again for his refills.

I showed up here 20 min before they were to close on a Saturday night and I regret not getting the help of the woman who assisted me. I do believe it was Erika but I cannot be certain. She was very nice and did not seem bothered at all at the time I was there. And then my second experience earlier today was with Sam (Samira) who was excellent! Both ladies very knowledgeable about the products and Sam really took the time to make sure I understood everything to make sure I was really happy about what I was purchasing. 10/10 will definitely be going back.

For those that only know Trulieve, check out Fluent, specifically the Kendall location. It’s very slow and the employees take real time with you. It’s also more like going to a store than a prison. Ask for Anthony, he’ll take good care of you and the promos are excellent. Vets also get 15% off and promos can be stacked with other promos!

I’m a customer from 2019 and always purchase at the Fluent dispensary. My only concern about this dispensary at kendall is how disrespectful and unprofessional staff. No to mention rude. In my last 4 visits they make me wait and pass customers in front of me. For no reason
