FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - Kendall

Awesome products. My first experience was in Cutler Bay store and was helped by Erika. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad she moved to Kendall, a lot closer to me. Highly recommend.

This definitely is an awesome place to come, the staff is pretty knowledgeable about every product they sell. The wait time is also a plus someone is always available to help. Text alerts on new specials, it really is just a great shop.

Extremely friendly staff. I was so happy when they opened this location because it is much closer to where I live. They were very welcoming and tried to save us money however they could. I was there for my Autistic son who was running all over the place and they were very understanding and patient with him/us.

This location rocks. The curbside pickup is super convenient and Erika is extremely helpful. The product is great, especially their "moods" carts that taste AMAZING. Everglade Haze and Miami Vibes are a must try.

My experience with Fluent has been nothing short of perfect, never had an issue with any location, people are amazing, incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad they've opened this one in Kendall.

I visit this dispensary today with my mom and Yvonne was very helpful and informative with EVERYTHING. She’s was great! The place looks very modern and visually appealing. Loved it! Everyone at this recently opened Kendall location was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. You can tell the employees care about finding the right products that work best for your needs as opposed to just caring about making a sale.

The staff was constantly cleaning and sanitizing the dispensary throughout each of my visits. The fact that Fluent Kendall is properly sanitizing and cleaning their store puts my mind at ease, as the other Miami dispensaries I’ve visited do not appear to be taking the same precautions despite the current state of the coronavirus pandemic.

Long story short, Fluent Kendall gained a new customer with its amazing service and products and I will definitely be back for more goodies!!!

I don't shop a lot for Cannabis products, but have gotten relief after years of chronic back pain after 4 back surgeries. When I was first approved, I tried Curaleaf and then tried Trulieve. Both dispensaries were OK, but I wasn't impressed at the fact that there WERE times that items I needed were not in stock.
I happened to drive by Fluent one day and decided to try this dispensary. I could never have been more pleased! The associate who helped me was a fountain of knowledge regarding blends and products. She also recommended that I try the topical cream which gives me relief for several hours.
In addition to the original discount for my first purchase, I was given a card with quite a few coupons for discounts on products. I also receive almost daily text messages with different sales for the day.
During COVID, they require face coverings for customers and staff. They also offer in-store pickup or drive-up pickup of orders placed on their website.
I recently placed a web order for in-store pickup. I received a text message confirmation of my order and shortly afterwards, another alert that my order was picked and ready for pickup.
Upon arriving, I showed my ID and was taken to the counter to pay for the order.
One caveat for new patients: Under DEA/Florida laws, NONE of the dispensaries are allowed to take credit card payments. However, Fluent offers payments through a debit card AND they have an ATM inside the store for convenience.
The staff is eager to please and has incredible knowledge to help patients find the right solutions for their health issues. The store is well-stocked and spotlessly clean.
I highly recommend this store! The other dispensaries I've been to have parking/location problems and there's ALWAYS a wait to be assisted.
