Haley (I'm sorry if that's not how she spells it omg) was the absolute BEST. I had purchased a piece from a different shop that didn't come with the bowl piece I needed and they were out of the size I needed, so I visited Lotus to find one. She was so sweet and helpful, we found the perfect bowl piece for my glass! We even had fun trying different ones out, I look forward to seeing Haley (again, sorry!) next time I visit 🖤 She made my day 100% better

Lotus had a wide variety of vape products, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations that I was happy with. Employee even encouraged me to open and try one of the products to make sure it was working properly before I left. Lotus will be my go-to now for vape & smoke products :)

It was my first time at Lotus Smoke Shop and I will definitely come back thanks to Hailey!! She was very friendly, patient and answered all my questions. She even helped me take my bags to the car and she buckled up the hookah I just bought because she didn't want it to get scratched on the way home. Thank you for everything.

Lotus Vape of Naples has a vast selection of product and if your lucky you will visit the same day their manager Nessa is working as she is what makes this place so special! She runs a tight ship and is extremely professional, knowledgeable on all products and truly makes the experience of shopping here unique and rememberable!!
