Terrible customer service I ordered a downstem with two day shipping it came late and it turned out to be the wrong size so I email them to send it back and they take forever to send me a label. I sent it back and I haven't heard anything from them, no emails they don't answer the phone, this is a very unproffesional business! IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!

Purchased a Fez dry leaf vaporizer, it broke in about 30 days. They won't help me get it fixed through warranty. They won't back the products they sell or help you get in contact with the manufacture of the faulty items they sell. As soon as you're unsatisfied with their response they just ignore you. I will never purchase something from here again, and will make sure to tell everyone I can about this terrible experience!!!
