Came into get a product with my partner, the associate behind the counter asked for their ID, but didn’t make such demands of the white male who came in after. Clearly they discriminate. Will take my business else where.

sure he was, that excuse may have worked in the past but I took the time to go through your reviews and that wasn’t the only instance of discrimination mentioned with your storefront. no worries I’ll just take my business to a black or Indian owned establishments in the future. Here’s a free tip, maybe Hire a more diverse staff (it will help reduce the racism) , also if you ID everyone, then ID everyone. That means the white people too.

Customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable. It was my first time there and I walked in not knowing what I wanted. I walked out with a ton of things one being a vape which ended up not working. I came back to see if they can fix it and told me I couldn’t exchange it so I lost my money. She then told me they have signs all over but failed to mention that when I made my purchase. I get you can’t exchange items but you should let your customers know your strict policy prior to walking out. I will never spend my money there again.

Went in two times in a day and had a vastly different experience both times. I went Sunday morning the 23rd of August and had a nice guy who was playing this awesome acoustic guitar music. I got some CBD and some folks were wearing masks and some weren't I will wear one if it is enforced but prefer not to so I didn't. The guy was informative and nice. I spoke with him about a few products and went on my way. I liked what he said and went back later that afternoon to pick up what he recommended. Instead of the nice guy I was greeted by a young kid with a bad attitude.He said we couldn't come in without a mask with a bad attitude and then called me a liar for saying i was there hours before without one. If you are going to have a policy that is fine but teach your employees to be consistent and not be rude to people who spend money. I have since found the products for sale online cheaper and without the side order of some rude employee calling me a liar.
