I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain and nerve pain for years. I ended up get surgery this year to shave off the herniated disc but the damage had been done to my nerve. I’ve been on nerve pain meds and otc anti-inflammatories. I decided to do my research on what else I could do. I didn’t want to resort to getting a MMC(medical marijuana card) until I’ve exhausted all of my sources. I don’t want to be popping pills for the rest of my life and wanted to try a more natural source for pain relief.
I went into this shop and was surprised by how clean and organized it was. I perused a little before I asked for help. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. I was promptly helped while the associate, Justine, skillfully handled multiple other customers too. Not only did she masterfully help everyone, she was so informative too.
I’ll be honest, I felt overwhelmed by the size of the selection of goods. It helped a lot to be greeted warmly and have my questions answered so precisely. I felt like I accomplished exactly what I had hoped for. She even helped me redeem some points while I was there since I had banked enough from my first visit yesterday to get free Terp pops. :)

I have visited the Fairview location twice now and I am blown away by the helpful information that was given to me as I really had no knowledge of CBD and its wonderful capabilities. I came looking for an alternative holistic approach instead of prescribed medication for anxiety/panic attacks and for lower back pain.
My first visit I was helped by Rita. She was so full of knowledge about every product I asked about. She made me feel comfortable enough to really ask about the benefits of CBD and how to take them. I ended up purchasing not only CBD vial form but, I also purchased Kratom in the capsule form. I was pleasantly surprised at the immediate benefits from both products, and it was exactly as she had informed.
My second visit I was helped by Nicole. She was also very knowledgeable with products and the benefits of them. During this visit I purchased both that I had previously but I also wanted to try the CBD oil that you ingest. Every question that I had regarding the oil Nicole was able to answer quickly.
I am very impressed with the results but more so I am highly impressed by the friendly knowledgeable staff that I have worked with. I will most definitely be coming back for any further purchases. Thank you for providing the knowledge about the products, it helps so very much and a much better alternative!

I've been here before, but today felt different went in Sat 23rd-21. I couldn't helped feeling like i was profiled. 5 workers were scattered about, but when i go check out, All 5 are gravitated to the cashier & i see the tall guy with glasses just not making me feel Welcomed at all. I get multiple glances but let it go. I work in surveillance, so i know monitoring when i see it. As I'm leaving everyone disburses again. I SMH and leave, some ppl are programmed to profile and not even aware their doing it. Sad! Wasn't a Nice Guy day today.

I bought a dab pen here a couple days ago. Worked great until it died, wouldnt charge. I brought it in today, receipt and all, and Justine and Lauren were extremely helpful in helping me solve the problem (being a faulty charger), and providing me with a working charger. This is the second time that the employees of Mr. Nice Guy have helped me, even when at a point when I thought all hope was lost. Highly recommend this store for all your smoking/vaping needs!
