Went in today not really meaning to buy and was greeted by the friendliest associates. Chris introduces me to the variety of products and brands they offered while showing the difference in pricing and quality. Lane, Kenny, and Shelby added informative input that added knowledge to my decision. I needed taking home my very first “Noble Glass.” Piece which we have have decided to name “Miss Ariana.” Thank you for having such a great team and Ambience that they have created at this location definitely a returning customer and excited.

Ask for Chris in Fairview Heights! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on all products, but Chris helped me select a kratom strain I'd never tried. He took the time to explain the different benefits of strains, how it is grown, and after small talk while checking out, shared photos of his fur babies 😁
