I went to the Fairview Heights location and was very pleased with Matthew service today. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. I was not very familiar with the different CBD milligrams and how it worked. He was very patient with me and explained the differences of the oils to me and it helped me make my purchase.

Pricey!!
A great selection of products and great customer service. Hopefully with a new influx of business their prices will become more reasonable. There's better pricing nearby. This was my first time. I would try them again if I was nearby.

I Came Into Mr nice guy for the first time and was told they had buy 2 get 1 free and that they were also giving away free gift boxes with purchases of $30 or more. I was very interested in the deal I asked one of the workers how long they would have this sale going on and was told "we have plenty of boxes in back and and shouldn't run out for at least another week" I came back 3 days later after i got my paycheck and walked around looking and finding over $100 worth of items I wanted to purchase and when I went to check out Josh, Tiffany, and Tony were working and I was told that they were it of the boxes they had in back and they werent willing to work with me at all even after I specifically told the employee I previously talked to that I would come back in 3 days when I got paid and was told they would for sure have them. I work in customer service and to me this is poor customer service. When I tell a customer something I either make it happen or make up for it another way

I went into this store yesterday with my boyfriend and I was excited because I heard they have good selection. When we walked in we were not greeted I even made a comment saying how big the store is compared to their competitor's no one said anything to us. We stayed in the store for about 10 minutes and was actually going to purchase something but another couple came in and they got greeted immediately and they were offered help immediateds. We thought this was weird so we stayed close to the counter in hopes someone would greet us or offer us help but nothing happened so we left. As a person who works in customer service I am highly dissatisfied at their poor customer service and will never step a foot into this business again. I will also always recommend the competitor's location instead do to the customer service. I hate to make this an issue about race but my boyfriend and I are both African American and got offered no help compared to the Caucasian couple who got help immediately.
