Best customer service in town!! Very friendly people that make you feel welcome and helped me when I was on a budget when shopping in store for the first time! I was so happy that I could get 3 items instead of one! I haven't bought a whole lot of stuff from here just because the prices are pretty high but you have to constantly check the sales because they have different sales all the time and sometimes you only pay about 15 dollars for a vape pen. I also got a rice crispy bar for 8 dollars I believe, this was a while ago so I don't remember all of the prices. Also if you are shopping in store you have a personal assistant to help you choose the right thing and find something in your price range which is absolutely wonderful!!! Every single employee was super friendly and kind. Thank you all!! ♥︎

Such a pleasant and helpful experience! You can place your order online before getting there, or complete your order while in the shop. The inside is so nice and clean and organized! The associates are helpful and very friendly. We had a great experience from start to finish and will be back! Their prices were reasonable too. Overall, the whole experience was great.

This place is so so nice. The people here are very helpful and kind. I will go out of my way to go to this store simply because of the staff. Ive had not so nice and not so great people work with me at the Bloomington location and the first time i came here i was helped beyond means. Absolute best experience in a dispensary.

Very friendly and knowledge. Their debit card reader didn't process my card. I guess many fine work here due to some regs. They didn't point that out to me, and had to return what I was going to buy

Would be higher as I love this dispensary, and they have better pricing on some products than other dispensaries. However, I've called them for 3 days (approximately 10 times), no answer, no option to leave a message. Even their own companies customer care can't get ahold of them after calling for almost 5 minutes. Frustrating beyond words. All I wanted was to check my allotment. Would have taken less than a minute if someone that works there would EVER answer the phone.

This store we as headed in the right direction after the debacle that was the previous store. More stock, cheaper prices but then corporate came in and fired half the staff. Since then your online orders rarely get filled. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. And then the town council had the audacity to refuse to license to another store to offset the balance of customers. RIDICULOUS!!

I called over 15 times to try to confirm they were open as I could not make a reservation any sooner than 6 hours out. Nobody answered the phone. They wouldn’t let me shop, but the person behind me was allowed to. The gal running the register was pretty rude about the situation, careless to the fact that her negligence regarding answering the phone cost me $20 in gas and 2 hours of my time, only to be turned away after having tried to do my due diligence to place an order as they request. Front desk girl complained that it was a matter of them being short staffed, but my buddy that was right behind me confirmed they had a good 5 people in the back, which is more than I normally see in here. At least my friend was allowed to shop. Lesson learned, never make a reservation here, you will be treated as lower priority.

Make sure to check to make sure your items are correct before you leave! I was given the wrong item and they refused to do anything about it. They blamed their 3rd party company that takes item photos and writes product descriptions. Now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want.

I enjoy going here. Nice staff! Good selection of bud and it's cousins lol. Prices aren't bad but I'm medical so not paying tax is great. Stop in and see them!

As someone who buys recreationally, I enjoy this facility over the one in Bloomington. Their building has more room, employees are generally kinder and more helpful, and I enjoy their range of products more! Wait times can be long as with any dispensary I've been to in the area, but they have room to wait inside. The bloomington location has had me wait outside in the rain multiple times in the past due to their lack of space, which I understand. The employees at this facility in Normal have always been super helpful when needed and have even gone out of their way to provide me information and online resources without me asking! They've also remembered my name and recognize me, whereas the bloomington facility really could not care less about me being there. Much more welcoming and friendly here :) The one time I had an issue with a product, they immediately sent management out to help fix the problem and gave me a refund!
