Love the Normal Il location! Great people that love to help! That being said don't expect the same friendly service from the main call center. There's a guy named AJ who is very rude and overly defensive 🙄 unless you talk to the staff at the NORMAL IL location, don't bother calling because there's nothing AJ can do for you. I guarantee it

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hell even the security, which they take their job seriously but are friendly as can be. Huge selection and actually have cases set up with displays. A little window shopping never hurt while waiting. I found a nice Lowell Farms pack, they were really tasty.

Manager Q and the rest of the staff took the time to help me get my medical card problems resolved and I can't thank you enough for that. Takes an ungodly long time to get your product after you order. Ordered online, waited in line outside for a good 30 minutes at least, get inside waited another good 20 minutes, get to the counter and didn’t even have my order ready and had to go to the back to get it. 10-15 min later the girl finally came back. I just don’t understand how you can’t have 2 cartridges ready an hour and a half after I order them and wait in line. I would understand if it was a complex business but the ownership needs to highly look into the people working, very disappointed. I’ve managed a business and this is by far the most slow moving, lazy work team I’ve ever witnessed. Lines of people outside in the cold and workers don’t seem to care, work at their own speed. Not a professional environment whatsoever. Also cartridges I purchased had huge air bubbles in them, 20% off was going on today, more like 20% air bubble and pay for what you get plus tax.

the store was nice. the people were friendly I am however disappointed in the vape I got the vape was rechargeable but the port is skeptical also any slight movement of the mouthpiece and it would leak after about an hour messing with it I got it to take a charge but lost about 60% of the product waste of money

Staff is always friendly! Although 3 stars because I wanted the sale but was told afterwards that it can only be online. Nothing was advertised of that until now 10/26/22 long story short I had to pay full price cause I didn’t place my order before 6pm but yet you close at 8pm I was already at your store so no reason I couldn’t place online at 6:05pm

A busy place, but IMO that's a good thing! Everyone who guided us through the process was so very friendly and very helpful. Great selection of an array of products! They also had a holiday sale on some primo flower! Definitely recommend this dispensary!

I signed up for the loyalty program and spent nearly $1k on product. For some reason I had two accounts, which again, I pointed out to them since it still wasn’t fixed on my third visit and more recently my 4th. They are claiming my previous purchases could not be added as the only points I got were from my last purchase over $800 and no loyalty points. Terrible customer service but they’re the only med dispensary in town so the customer/patient has to pay for and internal mistake. Still waiting for this to be fixed….

If you shop here walk down to the weed cabinet and watch them they like to open your canister and take a few grams before bringing it back to the counter that's why some of your weight will be on point and some will be off and they mostly do it when thier manager isn't there! Becareful they already over charge
