Product is good. staff has been nice. However, ninety percent of the time I go there there seems to be some sort of problem or irritation. I've had much less problems at the Bloomington location.

Was talking to my wife on the phone and then boom security guard harassing me .. Said I had to get off the phone which isn't state law or anything no but There own weird Paranoid policy 🙄 ... Just made my whole experience terrible 😔 won't be going back anytime soon.

If there were anywhere else to shop, I would go there instead. This place is more and more poorly run with every visit. Inconsistent employee training and the website is inaccurate 100% of the time. If you mention the inaccuracies, they always already know about it and are making zero efforts to correct them. Between locations the prices of identical products will be drastically different, often by double or more. Security is consistently rude, alternating between ignoring the sales room and micromanaging where each customer stands by the inch. There is no social distancing allowed here and they basically force you to hug the other customers with how close they want everyone jammed into the sales room, and they will yell at customers to intimidate them into standing closer to eachother. Leadership seems nonexistent and the customer experience is very poor.

Made an appointment to pick up 2, .5G carts. At 6 pm. We made it there around 6-6:05 pm. We had to wait 45 minutes to get into the building and another 20 minutes in line. I didn't even get to pick up my order I was so fed up with waiting. They had 3 out of the 6 windows open and were taking medical and recreational people. No organization or system set in place. I understand it's 420 and it's a big deal but you should have the staff to keep up with it. Won't be back.

You would think by the amount of negative reviews regarding the mistreatment of medical patients, management would address the issue at hand. It’s only proven that there is a lack or respect to those who are critically Ill and have to wait in lines for long durations of time, meanwhile Rec customers come in and out in 15 minutes. The employees should recognize the importance of making sure medical patients are at a higher priority.

Very rude staff very long wait due to the circus u have to go threw to get your product and guy told me there medical facility is the reason why but yet they don’t have no separate rooms for med patients and rec patients no privacy at all and makes the wait way longer then need be then don’t help u got rude staff on top of that

how are you NOT going to accept one of the only banks in town?
i’ve been using my debt card since it was allowed and now we can’t use heartland bank? maybe stop advertising you can use debt cards if it’s only specific ones.
edit: hello owner, there were two separate debt cards that were tried to be used and you guys couldn’t accept either due to new systems apparently.

Nice location, great products. Very large selection of vegan edibles. Ingredients list on website would help a lot for edibles, but able find them elsewhere. Excellent friendly staff.
