Pulling up you might think your in the wrong place but it's very nice and clean some of the paint where people touch alot is already starting to look grungy and worn but with how busy they are no wonder it looks that way. Inside was pretty barren and not much visible stock of accessories and things but staff are kind and courteous amber very professional.

Cool place. Very clean. Well organized. You check in with your ID at the front, and they let you into a certain room. You mostly look at products they usually/can carry, and they show you what is in stock on their iPads. Very friendly and helpful. Not a great place to window-shop or browse, really. Products were more expensive than CA. Will stop back if in the area. Opens earlier than the others in the area.

Upfront employees and security are disrespectful to medical they will go back and forth with you till they win I've givin this dispensary a good hunk of change and still there's always something going wrong either a bad batch or they don't know how to ring something up will never be coming back I mean honestly wake up why keep a disrespectful attitude when people come just come to get medicated why give people a harder time then they already might have maybe start hiring the right people not the typical eye roll typa people and start checking your product

BEWARE!!! We purchased on Friday and their card reader was acting up they said and so they ran our card twice. Well we get on our online banking and saw they charged us twice! So we think ok no big deal we will go in there and tell them and we can get this fixed WRONG!! They said nope it only shows in our system one time so sorry about your luck!! Unbelievable! We had proof with our online banking and we had a receipt for what we purchased we won’t be returning to this location again!! Watch your bank statements for double charges!!!

I love this place!!! Every single employee I have had contact with, is extremely nice, very helpful, always happy. They're quick and efficient, and that allows me to get on with my day in a timely manner. I always say Beyond/Hello must be the happiest place on Earth to work!!

Horrible customer service and very rude inside. Called to report problem and was offered a discount to try and makeup for it and then took it back. This business is not welcoming to younger recreational customers.

Love the dispensary environment! ALL staff goes above and beyond and as an introvert I almost never have conversations when shopping, yet in B/H I find myself having conversations almost every time! Love the selection, the clean and aesthetic environment, the choices, and overall the dispensary itself! Amazing place to be.
