Gives a discount one day then won't accept the same discount at the same store for the same brand product the next week. The only reason you'll last in this state is because you are a chain vape place and you do carry awesome stuff but your prices on glass are insane. Your staff isn't very friendly or knowledgeable except for one girl.

Former pack-a-day smoker. Vaping is what finally helped me kick that deadly, disgusting, and expensive habit when nicotine gum, patches, etc didn'tdo thetrick. Travel a lot and frequently visit a lot of vape shops. And all vape shops are NOT created equal. There are certain things that I've come to look for and expect in what makes a legit vape spot. Xhale City on MLK in Houma hits on pretty much all of those all of my high points. Location: close, convenient, easy to get in and out of, plenty of well-lit ample parking in a nice strip mall that has other businesses I frequent (Just 4 Him, Moe's, Firehouse Subs, and soon CAN'T WAIT!! crumbl!!). HOURS!! 9 AM - 10 PM! And that's SEVEN DAYS a week! INCLUDING holidays! Ain't no "banker's hours/"close at 5:00 or 6:00" at Xhale City! I appreciate being able to get whatever I need any time I need it. They fit into MY time, not me trying to alter my schedule and inconvenience myself to fit into theirs. The place is BIG! Clean, organized, and well-stocked. Products for vaping and if you're a smoker, it's a flower lover's paradise! Customer service. Always friendly staff, good product knowledge. If they don't have it or they don't know it, they will make every effort to find out about it/get it for you. Be on the lookout for frequent special sales and promotions they run that will save you so much dough that it's almost like you stole sumptin! Loyalty program too, points for every purchase that convert to dollars that you can spply to future purchases. Basically, you'd have to be smoking something bap if you're not going to Xhale City
