No age verification system in place for online store, sold to my underage daughter. Wildly irresponsible! Had no real understanding of CBD-THC. There is a place for this product, but sell it responsibly! Implement an age verification system before you hurt someone.

I can't speak on how good their product is - Just know that if you pay the $10 surcharge for same day delivery, and they are only able to deliver 2 days later, you won't be refunded the surcharge.

I read up about Simply Crafted before I became a customer and I was really impressed by the info and all the quality control and testing. Iāve ordered Gummies, vape pens that are different flavors and types. Everything was excellent! Once I got a pen that accidentally had not been filled. I called them and they send me a new one with an extra gift. It was super fast and they were super cool about it. They continually have new products and I trust them.

Update: took 2 stars off because I have contacted them multiple times about busted carts or confusion over shipping policies and they never respond. I bought 4 carts at once but one of the carts didnāt work and I never got a refund, replacement, or even suggestions on how to fix it. Iāve switched to Hemp House.

I'm new to getting into the gummie and just all the great news positive ways and devices they have now for cbd and thc i know from experience and talking with others about just being scared and not knowing what companies to trust. Thinking is this really what it says it is and is this legit. So I've been following Simply Crafted I finally reached out to them follow with there fun giveaways they have. And was lucky enough to be able to try some things out before buying and I'm very happy I chose them. They get back with you very fast if you have question there products are real what it says on the products you actually get. And for me that is a BIG factor when it comes to this type of thing so if anyone has felt like I have or my friends you can put your trust in Simply Crafted I've tried there products first hand and I'm still trying them they have so many to choose from. The gummies also helped me so much with my anxiety and depression so I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.

First off, the only reason I rate this 4 stars is because they didnāt let me know when my 2nd order was shipped, right ahead of the 1st things I ordered almost simultaneously to each other. And also, others told me they donāt always respond to refund requests. š¬But donāt let that keep you from ordering on this site!āļø
I received my full package 3 days after I ordered it, and surprisingly it all fit into one small box š¦šš¾ Also, the package was neatly wrapped and bubbled. And my my, donāt even get me started on those moon rocks...š© yāall gotta order on this site, couldnāt of have a more convenient experience!! šš¾ Definitely will order again š¤©

Horrible tasting product and terrible customer service. Ordered one of the LāOrange CBD Live Resin carts and was excited to try it when it arrived. Product had a terrible soapy taste that made it impossible to enjoy or even use. Reached out to customer service several times via multiple different routes in hopes they would stand by their āsatisfaction guaranteeā and never heard anything back. Donāt waste your time or money with Simply Crafted. Simply look elsewhere.
