Ordered one vape over a month ago never got the package. Tried ordering two later after recieving the refund and havent recieved them.The first time was "insufficient address" as I have seen posted on here before. I got the package later than expected, customer service was good, and I hope things run smoother in the future because I enjoy the products.

We did hit a bump in shipping. I emailed the company and they were very prompt and polite with their response. It was just something that happens the issue wasnt their fault and they really made me feel like my business was valued. Like they valued me as a person. A live person responded to my email not an auto response. And it was within 8 hours. They get 5 stars from me for customer support. And I'm very happy with the quality of their product. They have good priced for the quality of cbd they have. I hope to see a more variety in strains in the future. Honolulu haze or sour space candy. I would and have recommended to friends and family.

Quick dollar company with weak products that exclusively tests for content of medicine in terms of cbd etc, does not screen for heavy metals, fertilizers, contaminants, or even micro organisms like mold or anything else. 98 percent of the time the package and scan code to evaluate the product you are using doesnt exist. FAKE, FRAUDULENT, CONTAMINATED. Some fertilizers contain inert materials that are okay to consume but when combusted can create things like HYDROGEN CYANIDE. The lab they use in CA asks what retailers want screened. If you look up some gummies the micro metals and pesticides arent even listed, merely blank pages. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY SUSPECT. USE ABSOLUTE CAUTION, IT IS A QUICK DOLLAR COMPANY ACTING AS A MEDICALLY INCLINED RETAILER- FAR FROM IT. DELTA 8 BY NATURE IS A SYNTHETIC. Lets see your lab scores of myclobutanil etc.....

I’m very disappointed with this company. I placed an order on July 22 paid extra for faster shipping and it was telling that it was being delivered on July 28th and I haven’t received anything!!!! I’ve emailed 5 times and called about 12 and NOONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I know during this time in America that everyone is busy but come on... 5 emails and no reply? So I’m hoping that Amanda (owner) will finally get back to me.
