I had a problem with some pods and there isn't a human that knows anything that will help. I bought a pod bundle and they didn't "magna-lock" into the battery so I bought a new battery from them and that was worse the pods pull up when you draw so you don't actually get a draw, and they fall out because they don't lock in. I emailed, messaged and actually spoke with a human in Mpls who said "I just work here" so yeah, $100 gone. But everything else is good.

All's I have to say is the product called "Delta 8 500mg Vapor Pen" is outstanding! What I really liked about the product was not only did it relieve my pain, it helped me obtain a good night sleep! 💤😴. And the pre rolled cones are great too! The cannabis derived Terpenes did not taste good at all. They need to provide smaller sizes so one could at least try the terps before making a bigger purchase. I had to pay $90 for 5ml of Zkittles cannabis derived terpenes that I'm not gonna use because it tastes horrible. I have extreme buyers remorse where as if I had purchased a smaller sample size I wouldn't care I wasted $20 or so dollars for a 1 ml size. $90 is too much to try and hope you purchased some good tasting quality terps. Please provide smaller sizes. $90 down the drain. 😔 Also it wouldn't let me use the 20% off subscribe coupon even though the email didn't provide any exclusions. I would have only been screwed out of $80 if I could have used my coupon. Lame. Do better!

Ordered online- don’t expect to actually get any of the products you order… or your money back even!!!! Total scam, don’t waste your money or time. Terrible customer service, they just ignore you. (I’ve been waiting almost 7 months for products that I ordered with priority shipping and have barely gotten any responses or updates from them.) Definitely a scam and will not purchase from here again!
Update (9/30): after I posted this review they finally reached out to me trying to issue a refund for the first time after months of emailing (the same email with no responses). Will update when/ if I receive my refund… I see they wrote under my review, why would the purchase be able to go through if it wasn’t accepted by my country? And was NEVER notified of this not once throughout the months of trying to contact?! What a joke!

Terrible customer support, they will never respond to you. Also your order will never be delivered to you. I ordered mine 3 months ago and still nothing.
I definitely don't recommend buying anything online.

One of the products I ordered came in a dirty, half empty bottle. It looked like it was used and sold as a new item. I took pictures and contacted the company more than once with no response. I do not recommend this company.
