I ordered my items about a month or two and I haven’t received any confirmation I sent an email still haven’t respond and I sent on the website about my purchase and still haven’t heard from them this is ridiculous. How are you guys in business but can’t respond to your customers. Unbelievable that I wasted $60 here and not get anything for two months

I bought 3 items when I got their Labor Day sale notice for 30% off my full order if I entered the code "LABOR" at checkout. I did this and on a $160 order, I got $15 off instead of $48. No response to my "contact us" on their web site or a voice message to their phone #. I won't do business with them again - there are lots of other choices.
They did correct the error, so I will try them again.

Zkittles cart leaked immediately and became stuck in battery. Glass cylinder on cart shatteted during removal from battery. No secure packaging. Overall poor quality.

I recently ordered some gummies from simply crafted at the beginning of December via express and over a month later have still not received my package. I have emailed twice and messaged them but still no reply. I understand there is a lot going on and things get delayed, but they have completely ignored me. Do not order from them!!! Find somewhere else!
Edit: I finally received my gummies and they worked as advertised. Again i understand there is/was a lot going on affecting the arrival out of anyones control, however I did not receive any correspondence from the owner, and I did check my spam and main email account. Just wish for better communication next time.
