Definitely earned these 5 stars! Logan and Spencer helped me out today, and they provided excellent service. They exemplified professionalism, knowledge, and satisfactory customer service. Their location is out of my way, but it is well worth the trip knowing that they are passionate about what they do and educated as well. Logan and Spencer, thank you guys again! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I’ve been a regular customer of CBD Kratom since moving to the STL area almost 3 years ago & I have to say the Lindbergh location is my favorite! The staff at all locations I’ve been to are always super knowledgeable and friendly. Coming from a small town, I really appreciate the fact that they make every customer feel like a regular! I have always had a great experience here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They truly give off the feeling that they want to help. Today, Shannon, Haley, Lauren, and Anna were in the store and my interaction was great as usual. I truly appreciate that a store like this is available and the work that they do.
My only slight critique is that the prices are not as competitive with online stores selling similar products. However, the personalized service (and shopping local) that you get is worth it.

I had the best experience with Lauren, I wasn’t sure what was best for me until she really took the time to hand pick products she knew would work! I truly love the effort and passion I saw her portraying. She had such a positive attitude and didn’t make me feel bad for taking so much time! I strongly suggest going to this store. I was greeted by Spencer, Grayc, and Logan who kindly welcomed me and immediately began helping me. They were all very knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful. If you're experienced with CBD or just starting, I can't recommend this store enough.

Thank you Gage for helping me out. Btw, the CBD chews for my doggies, that you suggested, are amazing. It helped my most anxious dog, chill out. I love this location!

Casey at the location of off Lindbergh and Watson was extremely helpful. He answered questions that i could not find on the internet. Not sure of the person working with him at that time, but he was very knowledgeable himself. I’ve been to two of these locations and this one is my favorite by far. Saying that, I had a few questions from my last purchase and will be going back to Casey for advice.
