Stopped into the store last week and as a total newbie to CBD products was not initially sure where to start. Gage and Spencer were quick to welcome me in, and gave me a really thorough run-down of all of their products. They were super knowledgeable and shared some great recommendations for me based on what uses I was interested in (anxiety, relaxation, etc.). They also had some great holiday promotions running. I will definitely be back soon!

Hayley and Lauren were awesome! They both went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of today. Hayley and Lauren both made recommendations on two items that I ended up actually purchasing. By far the best customer service I have experienced. I definitely will be coming here more often. Spencer and Shannon are fantastic!!. Spencer and Shannon took the time to go over every question I had and helped me pick what was right for me! They made me WANT to spend more $ there. If the product is anything like the staff, I will be back many times over. Shannon and Spencer are a credit to CBD Kratom and I'm ecstatic they are at my local Kirkwood location (Or close to Kirkwood as I'm new to the area:)). Used the S. Lindbergh store. Worked with a nice young man Jeff Nipper. Since I’m new to CBD he was really helpful. He was comfortable to be around. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable of the CBD products. I never felt that Jeff was pushy or tried to sell me items I didn’t want or need. That is very important to an older woman. I will be back.

I consulted with Jeff to choose the right products to help my arthritis pain. He was very knowledgeable about product uses and cautions and overall pleasant and helpful. The pain cream is quick- acting, very smooth to apply, and nice smelling and it’s effective. The caramels are delicious and smooth acting. Great service and excellent products.
