Friendly helpful staff for a first timer. Helped somewhat with extreme dental pain until I could see my dentist.

it was crisp halloween afternoon and i thought all hope for halloween was lost, i even took off my robin costume before i came in because it’s so embarrassing for everyone else if i’m the only one wearing a costume, Cari was my budtender this sad halloween and she was wearing a costume, not only did she excel at budtending her halloween spirit was uplifting. this business transaction will carry me through thanksgiving and christmas, not in terms of product but in terms of spirit.

I played 70 $ for a 1gram cartridge that keeps clogging every time I hit it so when I try to return it, they claimed to fix it I leave and it does the same thing over and over again these incosiderant supervisor thinks it's ok for me to keep on stopping by over and over again to fix it is very annoying!

So happy to have a Mynt out North. From the day they opened to now i have received nothing but top notch service and products. All the tenders know the products. If you can't decide they are patient or will help you with suggestions. Ive never felt rushed or pressured or made to feel dumb for not knowing something. Im picky about terps and when i ask for a profile i never get the "eye roll". You couldnt pay me to say a bad thing. Even the bathroom is cleaner than a hospital. Staylifted

Today I ordered 2 different types of concentrates, I was supposed to get a gram and a half and I got a gram instead. I don’t understand as this is the first time any dispensary has ever blatantly ripped me off like this. I normally check the bag before pulling out of the parking lot but I didn’t check until I was on the freeway headed back home. I live an hour and a half from Reno so it would have been more of an inconvenience to come back. Next time I am in Reno, I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

This Dispensary has fantastic sales , the customer service is fantastic and wait times short. The entire store give off a very positive vibe. Best dispensary in Truckee meadows area hands down!!!!
