Helpful Employees Kind Staff Worth the Drive Expensive Glass Pieces

I have only been here a handful of times, but each time I leave, I feel like I'm missing something in the pit of my stomach. The employees here are super helpful and beyond kind. I may live on the other side of Tulsa, but the drive is definitely worth it. Though I will admit, some of the more seemingly simple glass pieces are a bit pricey.

Ripoff Poor Customer Service Overcharging

This place is a ripoff. They have deals and things cheap because when they don't work they don't replace it like they should or say they will. Instead, you are treated with disrespect and charged MORE money. I got a vape the other day and it stopped working that same night after they had closed. I called the next day from work to let them know what happened, they told me to come back in as soon as I could and they would replace it. They didn't tell me that I would be CHARGED more money to replace something that I had already spend $40 on and that I couldn't get a refund. The owner was short and rude. He had the power to help me but chose greed instead of customer service and compassion. I will NEVER be setting foot in that place again and neither should anyone else.

I won’t go anywhere else! The staff is always very helpful and pleasant to be around!! I have never had a bad experience at Nirvana and they have literally every smoke inventory you would ever want or need! The choices and variety are amazing!! Great Service Wide Selection Daily Deals

Absolutely love this smoke shop and dispo, there's everything you could need here. Michael was super helpful and helped me pick out 2 delicious Elfbar and Evobars. He told me about the daily deals and I bought a new candle for super cheap. The service was beyond spectacular and I will be back without a doubt!

Poor Customer Service Homeless People

Usually love the staff at this location. To the young dude behind the counter, it's NOT ok to ignore the safety of your customers and allow a gaggle of homeless guys hang out front while your paying customers have to navigate around them as they are drunk right outside your door. Shrug your shoulders, gotcha.....there are other places to go...........signed former customer!
