Great Customer Service Flexible Pricing Good Selection

Hey my name is John and I went in with $106 and said I would like to buy a vape what do got? They said well we've got a few selections I ended up getting the snow wolf with a 150w coil setup a bottle of juice and a free set of batteries. They were very flexible with the prices and treated me with utmost respect. I've been in there a few times and they know me but during this purchase I had just gotten paid and my pay card was being stupid and it was declined 6 times and they still worked with me. I just want everyone to know that I will always get my vape stuff from them. They have a great business and respect there customers.

Great Customer Service Negotiable Prices Loyal Customer Base

The owners of this place are super nice men and hella amazing business men . The employees are great as well. But you deff want to talk to one of the owners when possible and lookin to bake some bread and save some too. They are “old school” and smart in the sense that the sticker price is almost ALWAYS negotiable. And basically expected to haggle . Which is half the fun and great business model bc both parties leave the transaction both feeling like they “won” and got a great deal and both are happy . In the process they form a very loyal customer base and the more you come in and recognized the more they will work with you knowing in the long run it’s all gonna even out at the very least n most likely come out with them on top. Which is a necessity or how does one stay in business. Anyways 5 stars all the way if I could give 6 or 10 I would . And they are open all day every day and have a huge selection . I walk in and I leave feeling like a valued and appreciated customer each and every time I come here. I have been to MANY other shops around town and not all but the MAJORITY of them make me feel the exact opposite. Love Nirvana smoke shop y’all are great we in Tulsa are very lucky to have you here real talk . They just expanded / more than doubled the size of the store over a year ago . I really Hope say in the next 3-5 years your able to open up at least just one more location in town . Tulsa would be spoiled . And ya I am a 100-% real customer lol this place just really is the shit
