I bought 2 vapes from them. One of them stopped working 3-ish months after I purchased it. It had not been abused or misused. They said they had seen this defect once before and they don't know what causes it. The employee said there wasn't anything he could do for me because it was past their 30 day mark and that i was going to have to contact the manufacture directly. What's the point of having a brick and mortar location if I have to send in a warranty issue directly to the manufacture? Especially when the exact vape I purchased was sitting right on the shelf in front of us. I should have just bought it online instead of attempting to support a local business who doesn't take care of the customers that spend money with them. To be fair the employee was polite in the way he said he couldn't help me however that didn't change the end result.

Tyler was very helpful! Walked me through all the different sales going on, gave me a good introduction into vaping and even set my vape up cause I bought it brand new so I wouldn't burn out my coil.
