The people are very friendly when you go in, then I had an issue with mines burnt me several times on my lip tried several things just wanted a refund at that point. Would of loved it if I was not getting burnt well they don’t stand behind there product, satisfaction from a customer means nothing. I know several people that there juice pores right out I paid to get burnt and loose money on not only my vape but the juice as well.

The team here is great. Greg is always on his game. He is very knowledgeable of there products and super friendly. He is even super knowledgeable about vape products that they don't sell and always will to help with anything. The 3rd time I visited this location Greg greeted me by name and even remembered my wife and I juice flavors. I have delt with several of there other team members at this location and they all have been super friendly. I pass up 4 vape stores, that I have visited in the past, on my way to this location because of the service and quality of their products. I have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone who vapes or is looking to switch from cigarettes to vaping.
