I went in and was surprised at how poor the service was. I really am not familiar with their products and they didn’t seem interested in helping me. I get the feeling they only cater to their friends and are not open to new customers. That’s fine by me, I can take my business elsewhere. Sadly, I have the potential to be a regular customer.
