I have delt with 4 different staff members as they were all professional, courteous, and helpful.
Prices are comparable with online sources, give or take a few bucks.
I like that I can return items if they don't work as long as I havent used them (come on people let's not be stupid) and get a replacement on the spot. Test products out before you use them...for any similar type of products.
I consider them my go to shop the same as I would a trusted mechanic.
