Pretty okay visit. The store was nice and clean, I was attended to individually. I enjoy the cbd products. But they sold me a fake Ooze brand battery, and even told me to use the one year warranty "on the website".

This location really needs to shut down. They never keep stock and when you ask them when they will get more they just say they don't know. The store has been closed multiple times during the middle of the day and during the happy hour special with a note on the door that says "Will be back, sorry for the inconvenience". They close this store during regular business hours quite often. I showed up at 4 pm a few Sundays ago and the lights were out and the open sign was off. They show they are open until 5 pm on Sundays. I walked in and the employee was standing behind the counter and I asked if the store was closed. He said, " Oh yeah I was closing up." I then asked for the broad spectrum all natural tincture and he said they didn't have any in stock. I asked if the store was going out of business because they never kept stock. He said the location is slow so he didn't know. I told him I would just have to take my business elsewhere because I can never get what I need and they never order more to restock. He responded with, "yeah its whatever." If this location cannot afford to stay open and keep stock then they need to close up shop for good. I have started going to the location on Hebron in Carrollton because the employees there actually care about keeping stock and helping customers. Avoid this Lewisville location!

I can’t give this store a solid five star just because of the quirky things that happened a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised and delighted that someone returned my call and explained to me what happened at this location. That’s good customer service, and I will continue to be their patron.

I was pleasantly surprised by the product selection of this location and the customer service was honestly miles above anything I've ever experienced.
